Will you have to tear into my walls?
Only where necessary to reach the pipes. We try to run new lines alongside existing plumbing, through attics, crawl spaces, or under the house when we can. If walls do need opening, we patch and finish them, though you may want your drywall contractor to tape and paint after.
What's the difference between copper and PEX?
Copper is durable, lasts 50+ years, and is very common in our area. PEX is flexible, easier to install in tight spaces, costs less upfront, and also lasts 30+ years. Both are code-approved. We'll recommend what makes sense for your home's layout and your preference.
