Will you have to dig up my yard?
Not always. The camera shows us the problem first. If it's a clog, we clear it without digging. If it's a root intrusion or a break, we know the exact spot, so we dig as little as possible. Sometimes a small access hole is all we need. We never dig blind.
How long does a camera inspection take?
Usually 30 to 45 minutes from arrival. We run the camera down the line, look at the whole length, take photos, and walk you through what we see. If the line is really long or we need to check multiple spots, it can run longer, but we'll tell you upfront.
What can the camera actually see?
The camera sees cracks, breaks, holes, roots punching through, belly sags, buildups, corrosion, and where the line meets the main. It can't see through solid blockages, so sometimes we clear a big clog first, then camera to check what caused it or if there's damage behind it.
